  My fiance and I ordered a custom door from Lowes because the size of our opening was not standard. The sales person at Lowes told us that it would be two weeks before the door would arrive at the store so we waited. On the second friday they called and said it was pushed out a week and would arrive the next week. We waited another week and we got the same phone call, delayed for another week because it missed the truck. I offered to go pick it up and they said it was impossible for that to happen, also couldn't have it shipped to the lowes except on that ONE truck that were to leave each week.
  
  We called and spoke with people at lowes and they said this had been happening of recent and we said it was unacceptable. The only recourse we had would be to cancel the order we have now waited 5 weeks for. The lowes representatives have been very communicative but aren't very good at solving our problem. They said it was all a manufacturing issue and gave us the name of Tennessee Millworks which when googled comes up as Lowes Millwork Operations.
  
  Initially they made it sound like they were the ones manufacturing the door for us. Then when we had issues with it coming in on time they said it was farmed out to a contractor, Tennessee Millworks. Now to find that that is actually Lowes Millworks Operations is very disappointing. We will never be purchasing another thing from them.
